The Penton-izer

I recently published a new article on ASPAlliance - Thread Safety through Self-Loading Collections.  In this article I show some [what I consider to be] more appropriate uses for locking and ways to simplify your API.  Let me know what you think!  This is also a concept that I'll be speaking on for some of the user groups and code camps I will be participating it.
